Pina Colada

- ½ cup frozen pineapple (1oz)
- ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ tsp coconut extract (optional coconut flavor boost!)
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- 1 oz dark rum (or rum extract to taste)
- Make the Sweetened Condensed Coconut Cream. Allow to cool.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. ENJOY!
