Finally! Dessert synergy!

"Being a certified health coach, celiac, carb intolerant, sweetaholic, I have always felt like a walking contradiction. Some might even say one big oxymoron. As most celiacs know, most gluten-free desserts are definitely NOT low-carb. But after finding Jennifer Knollenberg’s cookbook, Sweet Synergy, I really could have my cake and eat it too! However, the true test was using the recipes to please the palates of my father (in his 80’s) and my husband who are not as challenged as I am by food. Neither knew that the desserts were gluten-free and low carb! Since I cook separate meals for them vs. me, I was so happy to finally have dessert synergy! Isn’t that what every health coach wants?"
